Sales Executive
to join our expanding team based near Fareham. If you are tenacious, enthusiastic, and eager to learn, this role is perfect for you. While previous experience in the financial sector is advantageous, it’s not essential, as we provide comprehensive training. What You’ll Be Doing Engaging with existing clients who have used our services before – no cold calling. Generating interest in our solutions and services. Handling objections and understanding customer needs. Cross-selling and promoting other products where relevant. Communicating with customers in a friendly, professional, and compliant manner. Building strong relationships and rapport with clients. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in sales, particularly in outbound calling. A proven ability to overcome customer objections. Motivation to achieve KPIs and sales targets. Strong communication skills. Confidence in using computers and relevant software. Where We’re Located Our modern offices are conveniently situated near Fareham, just off the M27, and a 10-minute walk from the nearest train station.
