We are looking for an ambitious Director in a client-facing role with a proven track record in pharmaceutical, biotech or other forms of Life Sciences construction projects and programmes of work in both the public and private sector. As Life Sciences Lead you will be responsible for developing and delivering on a business plan that includes sustained growth across sectors. Responsibilities

Leading by example and responsible for establishing a safe, inclusive, and effective project delivery and team environment. Leading overall management and performance of major projects and programmes at portfolio level, ensuring all projects are delivered to time, budget, and specification. Creating and promoting clear vision, leadership, and strategic direction for major projects and programmes. Development and implementation of strategies for service delivery to promote a culture of continuous improvement and maintain better practice. Building and sustaining an integrated, multi-cultural, collaborative, and high-performance team that anticipates and responds to the needs of the organization, key stakeholders, and industry partners. Effectively communicate key strategic business needs of the project, managing, and reporting on safety, service quality and performance. Accountability at account level for service delivery, standards, and fiscal performance. Accountable for attracting and retaining talented people. Qualifications

Demonstrable delivery experience in Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences sectors. Experience working at account level within a client organization at portfolio level. Established network within the industry supply chain. Strong and current understanding of design/code requirements/building regulations and industry trends. Proven track record and demonstrable delivery experience of project management delivering large projects and/or programmes – leading and managing teams of up to 50 people. Thorough understanding and practical experience of working within a shared data/enterprise environment. Knowledge of process engineering and/or construction management. Degree qualified in construction and/or engineering. Additional Information
