The Role – Life Sciences Recruitment Consultant As a recruitment consultant, you’ll play a vital role in sourcing and placing exceptional talent within the life sciences industry. Your responsibilities will include: Headhunting top-tier candidates
using databases, LinkedIn, and networking. Attending
client meetings
and
securing new business opportunities . Writing
innovative job adverts
to attract the best talent. Participating in
networking events
and relevant industry conferences. Building
strong, long-lasting relationships
with both clients and candidates. Establishing and growing your
personal brand
in the life sciences sector. The Ideal Candidate – Life Sciences Recruitment Consultant We’re looking for motivated individuals with: A
recent degree
(any discipline). Drive and ambition
to become an expert in the life sciences recruitment field. Evidence of being
hard-working and dedicated , such as through sports or extracurricular activities. Excellent
communication skills , both written and verbal. A highly
organised approach
