The opportunity has arisen for Lift Repairs Engineers to join the team to support our IoT Project. Otis ONE is our IoT solution that connects elevators to a cloud ecosystem to deliver a seamless passenger, customer, mechanic, and expert experience. To meet the demands to connect our entire portfolio of Connected devices we are expanding our team. Key Responsibilities:

Complete installations of the Otis Digital Product range (Otis ONE Devices). Complete repairs, installations, and commissioning of Otis ONE Products on Otis and Non-Otis technologies ensuring compliance to code and legal obligations. Work in a safe manner in accordance with all EH&S guidelines, including but not limited to method statements, JHA, and employee safety handbook. Maintain safety standards. Correctly fault-find and complete essential repairs. Responsible for efficiency by utilizing the best tools and methods and ensuring the hours spent on repairs are in line with Company-identified targets. Control planning and completion of own jobs. Proactive job management and control. Ensure adherence to all Company Policies and Procedures. Be fully conversant and compliant with all Environmental Health and Safety procedures. Complete quarterly ethics module as advised by BPO. Fully comply with all Quality, Environmental Health and Safety directives including but not limited to PPE, Accident Reporting, Cardinal Rules, RAMS, ACE. Minimum Qualifications:

Be qualified to at least NVQ Level 3, J-Module or equivalent. Have in-depth knowledge of a variety of different makes of equipment, demonstrating the ability to apply lift engineering principles to achieve continual lift operation. Have experience within the industry or a willingness to learn and work through your NVQ3. Otis offers a competitive salary, van, overtime & call-out payments, and additional benefits.
