Maintain and install all electrical & electro-mechanical plant or machinery in line with company requirements. Complete and comply with Milliken’s PM schedule to ensure that plant & machinery is in good working order. Reactive fault finding of any electrical or electro-mechanical related problems on the plant or equipment to return to production in a safe and timely manner. Interrogate PLC equipment, such as Allen Bradley & Siemens. Complete all relevant documentation associated with the tasks performed. Report and document any problems regarding equipment and machinery immediately to the Engineering Team Leader or Coordinator. Comply with Company Health, Safety & Environmental policies & procedures. Promote Lean thinking and actively look for ways to improve efficiency. Use Milliken’s MPS to facilitate operational excellence. Contribute to the installation of new equipment when required. Co-operate with fellow employees across various departments. Complete Maintenance Work orders using Milliken’s CMMS systems. Able to work autonomously & efficiently. Applicable Experience

HNC/HND Electrical or equivalent. Knowledge of wiring, circuits & electrical components. Knowledge of PLC logic and fault finding, particularly Allen Bradley. Familiar with VSD’s, both AC/DC & Servo systems. Knowledge of process control. Able to read electrical schematic drawings. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Agility CMMS system or an equivalent system. Understanding of industrial networks. Experience working on pneumatics and hydraulic systems. Other

There will be a requirement from time to time to work overtime as and when, for which the applicable overtime rates will apply. The successful applicant may be required to cover shifts for unforeseen circumstances, and this will reflect with the addition of shift premium. Benefits and Package
