We have new opportunities at our site in Ashbourne for Line Controllers to assist the Operations Team Leaders to manage Production Operations and staff within the area.
Job Title: Line Controller
Location: Ashbourne
Working Hours: Monday-Friday from 08:30am to 17:00pm
Pay Rate: £14.23 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Co-ordinating the team and operational needs of the department.
Updating daily operational trackers.
Effective co-ordination of stock movement within the department.
Working in a manner that actively seeks to reduce any negative environmental impact in relation to the processes and procedures operating within their area and across the wider business (e.g., reduction of waste, recycling, etc.).
Ensuring that all personnel under your control are made aware of the Pilgrim's Europe Health and Safety Policy and safety rules, and that the appropriate training and information on health and safety matters are given.
You Will Need:
Experience within a food manufacturing environment.
Good level of English (Reading, Written & Verbal).
IT Literate.
Ability to take the lead and give instructions to the production team.
Performance driven with a proven track record of success in FMCG processing.
Self-motivated with the ability to understand and communicate the importance of KPIs.
