Vickerstock are exclusively partnering our hugely successful FMCG Manufacturing Client with the appointment of a Line Lead/Machine Operator for their Belfast based Production facility. An excellent benefits package includes: £29,658 per annum Discretionary Performance Bonus 4 days across Monday to Friday, 5.30am - 4.30pm (42hr week) Holiday entitlement - 24days (240hrs - 6weeks) Performance based increased annual leave (based on successful audit scores) Death in Service Pension matched to 5% Free Parking Training & Development Opportunities A typical day as Line Lead/Machine Operator: Lead daily machine start ups Deliver routine team briefs to their line to assist with communication Ensures team members on line are adequately trained and informed Organise breaks for staff on line to ensure smooth workflow Provide cover for breaks and absences on line Oversee the operation and running of all production equipment whilst maintaining optimum quality Communicating effectively across Production, Warehouse and Engineering teams. Ensure adherence to company Quality and Health & Safety policies Assisting Engineering team to problem solve errors Works alongside management to solve problems Provide mentorship and guidance across Team Your essential ingredients: 5+years machine operating experience in a fast-paced environment x5 GCSE's including English and Maths (or equivalent). Collaborative approach/team orientated Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Desirable Leadership experience Evidence of training other team members HACCP Training Mechanical aptitude Your next step...
