Production Team

at our Protein facility in Normanton. If you are passionate about Operations & Production and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, this role is perfect for you! Position Details: Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts of 6:30am - 2:30pm & 2:30pm - 10:30pm Location: Forza Foods - Normanton, this is a site-based role Contract Type: Permanent Key Responsibilities: Deliver production plans effectively Ensure compliance with company and legal standards, including food safety, health and safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations Assist in managing a team of operatives by organising, developing, motivating, and communicating with them Exhibit clear leadership behaviours Foster a collaborative team environment Train and support new starters Maintain high standards around specifications and quality Demonstrate professionalism in people management Utilise labour efficiently and effectively Manage, monitor, and enhance line performance Provide support to new starters as needed What We Are Looking For: Hardworking and adaptable High level of manual dexterity Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Positive, proactive, and innovative approach with a vision for continuous improvement Strong "can do - will do" attitude Friendly and approachable demeanour Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with senior management Strong leadership and people management abilities Continuously seeks improvement and challenges the status quo Demonstrates drive and passion in achieving set targets What's in it for you?
