As a Line QC, you will be supporting the Line Leader in ensuring the efficiency and quality of production lines.
The Hours And Days For This Role
Monday - Friday, 45 hours, 06:00-15:00 with O/T commencing at 05:00.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
Responsible for the day-to-day Quality Control checks on the packing line. Carrying out hourly Critical Control Point checks on the packing line. Carrying out hourly label checks. Records relevant details from the CCP checks. Recording temperature checks of the finished products. Verification of the quality documents and ensuring they are filled in on a daily basis. Reports faults, damages, and critical control point rejections to the Operations and Technical departments. Liaise with production and factory quality auditors to ensure that quality and food safety are adhered to. Ensure that you uphold the Company's Health & Safety policy at all times.
Knowledge & Experience
Full training will be provided to the right candidates, with the opportunity to progress within the Technical department in the future. Experience in a similar role is an advantage.
