Responsibilities of the successful Lining Engineer:
Carry out a range of services associated with the cleaning, clearance, repair and maintenance of our customer's drains including the use of high pressure water jetting, jet vacuuming and blockage removal tools. Repairing defects in the sewer and drainage systems using specialist lining and patch repair techniques. Use of WinCan technology and CCTV surveying equipment. Deliver a high standard of customer service and technical expertise. Operate in accordance with H&S and Quality policies and procedures. Maintain standard of company service vehicle and equipment. Accurately record job details via internal and client systems. Communicate effectively with clients and London Drainage Facilities colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
The ideal Lining Engineer will possess the following:
Minimum of 2 years experience within the trade. Full, clean UK Driving license.
In return, the successful Lining Engineer will receive:
20 days holiday, plus bank holiday (opportunity to earn 3 extra days). Option for overtime (rates dependant on what days). £150 for the best monthly customer service feedback. £5 per positive customer service feedback received. £750 attendance bonus for 2 days off or less per year.
