Permanent REQUIREMENTS NEEDED: Full UK working rights Clearance level needed to minimum SC level Role Description: Deliver solutions to support critical decision-making on the battlefield. As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering and supporting our SitaWare and IRIS software products within our customers’ environments. Working closely with colleagues and customers, your tasks will cover a broad range of responsibilities within areas such as solution design, configuration, installation, technical support, technical training, interoperability, and testing. Your key tasks may include:

Installing and configuring our software products in customer environments to meet complex user needs Solving technical problems, including fault-finding and troubleshooting Supporting the delivery of technical training for our customers Providing remote and on-site support to customers, especially during military exercises Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, subcontractors, consultants, and colleagues Staying up to date with our clients' products and related technologies Helping to ensure that projects are delivered within the agreed scope, on-budget and on-time Travel Requirements: The role is based in Farnborough, Hampshire, UK, and entails domestic and occasional international travel to customer sites as well as visits to our company headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark. We operate a hybrid working policy which allows for flexibility with some time spent working in the office and some at home. Technical Capability and Experience: You have a strong technical background and ideally hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a mathematical, computer-related, or other relevant discipline. You have at least two years of experience in delivering software solutions within customer environments. Your technical competencies cover:

Windows and Linux sysadmin knowledge and experience Knowledge and experience of network management Experience of software fault-finding and debugging Experience of working with military customers and knowledge of the defence C4I domain are advantageous. As an employee in our UK office, you must have the right to work in the UK and meet the requirements for UK Security Check.
