Job Introduction We are looking to recruit a Master Vehicle Technician to join our Volvo Dealership in Worcester. Our Vehicle Master Technician will play an important role within our service team by consistently providing first-class diagnostics and repairs, taking the very best care of our customers' vehicles from start to finish. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, 40 hour week with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings, 8:30am to 1pm (averages out at 41.5 hours per week). Our packages and

are industry-leading and are reflective of each applicant's experience and skillset. The basic salaries up to £45,000. Bonus / OTEs up to £48,000. Roles & Responsibilities Your role will include assisting the Service Manager, accurately and skilfully undertaking the repairs and servicing of vehicles, ensuring all work is completed safely and complies with retailer, manufacturer, and industry guidelines, completed to the highest standards. You will coach, mentor, and provide diagnostic and technical assistance to other technicians to speed fault diagnosis and accurately specify repair solutions. About You Highly trained Master or Diagnostic Technician with extensive industry experience. Welcoming applications from experienced Vehicle Technicians trained to diagnostic or master technician levels, within a franchised dealer environment. Knowledge of the VW brand is a plus but not essential. Mechanics, Vehicle Technicians, MOT Testers, HGV Technicians, or Auto Technicians looking for progression are encouraged to apply.
