Operating and maintaining lithographic printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials. Setting up machines, including calibrating rollers, plates, and inks to achieve precise colour matching and registration. Monitoring press runs to ensure consistent quality and making necessary adjustments. Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Collaborating with pre-press and finishing teams to ensure seamless production workflow. Adhering to health and safety guidelines and maintaining a clean work environment. Managing multiple jobs effectively, meeting deadlines without compromising quality. What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in lithographic printing, preferably in a commercial print setting. Strong attention to detail with an eye for colour accuracy and print quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement. Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
