£13 - £18 per hour (depending on experience) Job Description: We are looking for experienced Lithographic Printers to join our team in Birkenhead. The ideal candidates will have a proven background in lithographic printing, with a strong focus on high-quality production and efficiency. This role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining printing presses to produce superior print products while maintaining a strong emphasis on safety and quality control. Key Responsibilities: Press Operation:

Operate and maintain lithographic printing presses in line with company procedures and safety guidelines. Setup and Calibration:

Set up printing jobs, including adjusting settings, loading materials, and calibrating the equipment for optimal performance. Quality Control:

Monitor print quality during production runs and make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality standards. Troubleshooting and Maintenance:

Resolve minor equipment issues to minimize downtime. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning rollers, changing ink cartridges, and lubricating machinery. Production Management:

Follow production schedules, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with team members, including machine assistants and supervisors, to enhance workflow and ensure smooth operations. Health & Safety Compliance:

Adhere to all health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees. Record-Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of production, job specifications, material usage, and downtime for reporting purposes. Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and waste reduction. Requirements: Experience:

Proven experience operating lithographic printing presses is essential. Technical Skills:

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities. Attention to Detail:

Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality control. Teamwork:
