What will you be doing?

You will be not only be trusted to work by your own guidance but as part of our successful Complex and Catastrophic Injury Group, Manchester. As you will have already completed a law degree/GDL/LPC or equivalent qualifications and have previous file handling experience/ worked in the complex injury industry you will be ready to assist and handle a caseload of defendant files.

You will deal with an extremely varied caseload of your own files and assist other Fee Earners as and when required, including EL, PL, animal claims, property damage, household claims, RTAs, recoveries, fatality claims as well as carrying out investigations and assisting our Partner with direct client account management. Don’t worry if you don’t have experience in all of these areas, full training will be given! This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a wide variety of claims on behalf of national insurers in a communal and nurturing environment.

What do I need?

You will need to have completed a law degree, LPC or GDL and have a minimum of 12 months experience in a complex injury claim handling role, handling preferably a litigated defendant caseload.
