The ideal candidate will have completed a law degree / GDL / LPC or have a desire to have a career in law, have previous file handling experience or worked in the insurance industry. Whilst experience and qualifications are desirable, above all we hire based on potential. If you are enthusiastic and want to learn and develop within an exciting and niche area of law, we are able to offer you the training to succeed. What will you be doing?

You will need previous experience within a similar role handling a full and varied case load of personal injury or similar matters. A knowledge or experience of Personal Injury Claims; preferably Defendant and/or previous experience working within the insurance sector. You will need to bring an enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude with a desire to achieve and exceed targets combined with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ability to demonstrate initiative and creative problem solving is desirable. We would like to see a strong work ethic and a committed team player. We are a close-knit and stable team that likes to share ideas and experience with a view to achieving the best results that we can for our Clients.
