Job Title: Litigation Fee Earner (ML) Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Fee Earner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of litigation matters, ensuring efficient and effective case handling while delivering excellent client service. This role requires strong legal knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Our client is a reputable law firm specialising in a wide range of legal services. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional legal representation and support to our clients. Our dynamic and professional team is dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for our clients through expertise, integrity, and personalised service. Key Responsibilities: Case Management:

Handle a diverse caseload of litigation matters from inception to conclusion, including but not limited to commercial disputes, personal injury claims, employment disputes, and property litigation. Client Interaction:

Provide clear and concise legal advice to clients, maintaining regular communication and managing their expectations throughout the legal process. Document Preparation:

Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and court bundles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with court rules and procedures. Negotiation and Settlement:

Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, striving to achieve the best possible outcomes while minimising costs and risks. Court Representation:

Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and other dispute resolution proceedings as necessary. Legal Research:

Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and ensure up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations. Billing and Time Recording:

Accurately record time spent on cases and manage billing processes in line with firm policies. Compliance:

Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements, maintaining high standards of professional conduct and confidentiality. Job Type: Permanent
