Salary: £TBC depending on experience.
The ideal applicant will be a team player with excellent communication, client care and organisational skills. You will be highly self-motivated with a proven track record of generating work. You will be responsible for your own caseload and must be able to use your own initiative with minimal supervision.
The role:
Managing your own caseload of Litigation matters including:
Landlord and Tenant
Contentious probate
Clinical Negligence
Personal Injury
Debt Recovery
Other general Litigation matters
Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and client care skills
Training and Development of the Paralegals and Trainees in the team
Attending networking events and supporting the firm's business development strategy
The ideal candidate will have:
2-5 years of post-qualification experience
Experience in a previous Litigation role
Excellent administration, IT and Research skills
The ability to read and analyse lots of complex information
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent relationship skills ensuring the highest level of service is provided to clients
