Litigation Lawyer, Full Time – Exeter

Our Litigation Department deals with a broad range of civil litigation work and currently comprises seven fee earners together with support staff. We currently have a vacancy for a litigation lawyer, able to run small claims and FastTrack cases with little supervision, Intermediate Track cases with some supervision, and assist a partner on Multi Track Cases. The successful candidate will have about 3 to 5 years litigation experience in total, and could be a senior paralegal, a CILEX, or a solicitor. This is a full-time post. You must be able to work in the office (Exeter) most of your week, although an element of hybrid working is available once you have passed your probation. Involvement in the firm’s marketing and business development plan, and attending networking and social events, is an important part of the job. The work comprises a variety of litigation, including property disputes, residential landlord and tenant matters, contract and debt disputes, and commercial disputes.
