This is a full-time, permanent position based in Norwich but with occasional travel to other local offices. The salary for this position is competitive, depending on experience.

The Day to Day
Effectively manage your own caseload using the case management system. Advising on a variety of litigation matters including Personal Injury, Landlord & Tenant, Clinical Negligence, etc. Build strong client relationships with new and existing clients. Providing training, development & support to Paralegals and Trainee Solicitors within the team. Attending relevant networking events and supporting the business development strategy of the firm.
You Will Have/Be
At least 2 years proven post-qualification experience. Experience within a litigation role. Strong IT and legal research skills. Excellent client care and inter-personal skills, operating with integrity and showing empathy and intuition. Good knowledge of Case management Systems. Excellent attention to detail & time management skills.
