What is the role doing:
The role will involve carrying a case load of defended Landlord & Tenant matters. It is client-facing, and you will also be involved in the training and development of team members in the department.
You will supervise others’ work and mentor team members. The role includes managing client relationships and assisting the Head of Department with building and delivering service packages.
A reasonable knowledge of repossession and excellent knowledge of the CPR is needed.
This position comes with excellent future prospects, including partnership opportunities.
What are we looking for:
We are seeking a candidate with excellent Property Litigation experience, a genuine interest in supervising and mentoring others, and a desire to grow a team.
Networking and business development skills are essential. If you have L&T experience, some block management experience would be advantageous.
You should be passionate about delivering high-level service to clients and want to be part of a collaborative team environment.
