We are currently recruiting a temporary Litigation Manager to join us for 6 months initially. Responsibilities Oversee the Litigation team including 1-2-1 meetings. Ensure the effective execution and delivery of litigation work, in particular disrepair cases. Prepare and conduct legal proceedings brought by and against the client. Lead on Service Level Agreements and legal work relating to high volume and/or complex litigation work and/or sensitive matters. Minimum Requirements Excellent working knowledge of housing, disrepair, anti-social behaviour, SLAs and civil litigation practice and procedure. Good working knowledge of Court and Tribunal procedures relating to civil litigation matters. Significant experience of working in a legal practice including conducting civil litigation matters, particularly in relation to housing matters. Qualified Solicitor. Additional Information Hourly rate paid via agency.
