The Role We are currently seeking an enthusiastic paralegal to join our busy Commercial Litigation Team at our Kettering office. The position would primarily provide support to a partner dealing with complex litigation for businesses and individuals. Working with one of only two ‘Leading Individuals’ in the region as well as named Legal 500 Partners, this is a real opportunity for someone to take their experience to the next level. Legal analysis and critical thinking are pre-requisites for this role. There will be the opportunity to run your own cases alongside providing this support. In addition, there is the potential to get involved with some of the following: Adverse Possession Housing Litigation Debt Recovery Breach of Contract There would also be scope to assist the team with breach of contract claims, shareholder/director’s disputes, professional negligence claims, and property/land disputes. The team also has a large Adverse Possession, Housing Litigation and Debt Recovery offering. You will join a TIER TWO LEGAL 500 recognised team, that features three partners and a range of qualified staff together with paralegals and support. We are looking for individuals with experience of the Civil Procedure Rules and ideally with some experience of two or more of the above areas, as well as eagerness to learn and develop new areas of specialism. Essential skills are an attention to detail and an ability to perform under pressure in a supported environment.
