Progressive firm with an ambitious and forward-thinking senior management team is seeking to recruit a
Litigation Paralegal/Case Handler
due to expansion.
You will ideally have had a minimum of 6 months in a similar role managing a portfolio of cases suitable for litigation through to settlement, working on behalf of insurance companies handling those claims. You will run the cases from pre-litigation through to settlement by obtaining relevant evidence to support liability and quantum.
The ideal candidate will be someone that is highly motivated and who enjoys a challenge, who knows how important it is to deliver exceptional customer service, communicating well by telephone and in writing.
You will be a quick learner, someone who likes to take ownership but is also able to thrive in a team while ensuring quality output, with a great eye for detail.
It would be an advantage if you have knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules relating to RTA/Motor Insurance Claims; however, training would be provided.
