Litigation Solicitor
to join the team in their
South Birmingham
office. The role is full time, offering a negotiable salary subject to PQE, and the start date will be subject to notice. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Handling various civil litigation cases, including company & shareholder disputes, consumer disputes, inheritance & probate disputes, intellectual property disputes, and contract disputes. Providing expert legal advice and managing an existing caseload. Representing clients and attending court hearings. Handling legal research and drafting pleadings. Experience required: Relevant qualification (i.e., solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or experience managing own caseload. Confident in managing own caseload without supervision.
