An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Litigation Solicitor to join a reputable legal practice with offices across West Sussex. They are a full-service law firm that is seeking a Solicitor with a good understanding of the market to join their Litigation team.
Duties will include:
Managing own caseload of a variety of contentious matters. Managing most of the procedure from instruction through to settlement. Providing a responsive service, giving clear and concise legal advice. Experience of taking matters to court is beneficial, but not essential. Attend to clients of the firm on a regular basis. Be actively involved in the marketing and business development of the team and wider firm. Maintaining continuing professional development requirements and taking an active interest in furthering knowledge within litigation. To regularly attend and be involved in preparation for team meetings.
The successful candidate will:
A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years of PQE +. Be a team player and able to manage a caseload independently. Excellent technical and client care skills. Business development and networking skills.
