About the Role: As a General Litigation Solicitor, you will handle a diverse caseload encompassing a broad spectrum of litigation matters. You will be responsible for representing clients in both contentious and non-contentious matters, including commercial disputes, civil litigation, employment disputes, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of litigation matters from inception to resolution Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare court documents Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients Attend court hearings, mediations, and negotiations Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes for clients Maintain accurate case records and billing information Stay updated on changes in legislation and legal developments relevant to litigation practice
