Civil Litigation Solicitor
Location: Maidstone
Hours: Full time; 9am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday
Salary: £Depending on experience
Job Description:
Our client requires a solicitor to join their civil team in Maidstone. The candidate will have a proven track record of dealing with complex matters, a clear understanding of the CPR, and experience in High Court litigation. The role will entail dealing with a full and varied caseload of general litigation matters. Experience in the following areas is essential:
Landlord and Tenant Contentious Probate Contractual Disputes Employment Civil Litigation Boundary Disputes
This role requires a highly organised and enthusiastic candidate who enjoys a busy yet diverse role in a friendly and professional environment. The role provides opportunities for career progression for the right candidate.
Candidates:
Successful applicants will join a friendly team and have extensive knowledge of civil matters within a legal environment and be able to manage their own caseload of files with minimal supervision.
