Litigation Solicitor/Legal Executive

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Litigation Solicitor / Legal Executive to join their team specialising within Insolvency work. The Role: The role will be aligned with your PQE and insolvency experience and will allow you to develop your caseload as well as your specialist skill set. You will undertake fee earning work with specific responsibility for corporate restructuring and insolvency, personal insolvency, asset investigation, tracing and realisations insolvency investigations (both corporate and personal), acting for purchasers and vendors in distressed business sales, advising directors of companies in potential or actual insolvency situations and debt recovery. Although you will be based primarily in the Torquay office, you will also be expected to support the rest of the litigation department across the wider firm and see clients in other offices when required. Skills and experience required: You will have a sound understanding of the insolvency discipline. Be focused on and committed to delivering first-class client service. Have demonstrable experience of developing relationships with both new and existing clients, as well as referrers of work. Be a team player with an enthusiastic, can-do attitude.
