37 hours per week, permanent, all year round Working hours between 8.00am – 6.00pm Monday – Friday Post to commence 3 March 2025 Little Discoveries Frome is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Nursery Manager to join our dedicated team. This role offers the chance to work alongside our two sister nurseries, supporting and enhancing the consistency of our high-quality early years curriculum. As the Nursery Manager, you’ll have a supernumerary role, allowing you to focus on the operational aspects of the nursery business while overseeing and leading the curriculum. The nursery room is led by a Deputy Manager, providing additional support as you work to ensure exceptional childcare standards. About us: Little Discoveries Frome is located within the grounds of Frome College, providing childcare for 18 children aged 2-4 years old. We operate all year round, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?
We’re looking for someone with: A strong passion and enthusiasm for Early Years education. A proven ability to support operational processes while ensuring high standards of childcare. Experience with or a clear understanding of the Ofsted inspection framework (desirable, as the nursery is working towards becoming Ofsted-ready). What is in it for me?
