£908.25 Plus Food allowance Sonderwell is seeking experienced Live-In Carers to provide person-focused care for clients with complex needs in their own homes. As a Live-In Carer, you’ll be living with your client, offering dedicated support and care for a minimum of 2 weeks at a time. Key Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate and professional care for clients with complex medical needs. Assist with tasks including:

Autonomic Dysreflexia management Bowel care Catheter care Cough assist Nebulisation Pressure area care Moving and handling

Stay with your client in their home and assist them with daily activities, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times. Take breaks as per the allocated schedule. We Offer:

Regular block-hour shift patterns. Online and classroom training tailored to complex care needs. Opportunity to pursue a relevant NVQ qualification. Full support from a Care Coordinator or Nurse Manager. Access to the ‘Carer App’ for essential insights and guidance. Employee Assistance Program for well-being support. Full driving license with business insurance (essential). Passion for providing care to vulnerable individuals. Ability to work under pressure and in challenging situations. Reliability, flexibility, and self-motivation. Experience in caring for individuals with complex care needs. Client Information:
