Please note we do not offer CoS or a switch of CoS. Are you an experienced Live-In Carer passionate about supporting others to maintain their independence? If so, we invite you to join our team at Spinal Homecare, a small care provider dedicated to making a positive impact in our clients' lives. As a Live-In Carer, you'll live with clients in their homes, providing essential support to individuals with spinal injuries. Your role will include assisting with daily living tasks, personal care, and enabling independent living. You will receive training for specific care needs, including bowel management and catheter care. You will stay with the client for two to three weeks at a time, followed by one to two weeks off, promoting a better work-life balance. Previous experience is not required, as we provide paid training. Only successful applicants will be contacted via email sent to their Indeed account. Previous applicants need not apply. This position is suitable for Healthcare Assistants, Care Assistants, Support Workers, and Community Carers. We seek someone who: Is committed to providing quality care. Treats others with dignity and respect. Can work independently and as part of a team. Is willing to travel (expenses covered). Has a flexible work approach. Relevant care experience, although not essential as full training is offered. In return, we offer: £910 per week plus a food allowance. Paid travel expenses to and from placements. A paid residential training course starting on the 17th of February 2025, with all return travel costs covered. Free rail card (if applicable). Free DBS background check. Free accommodation and food while working. Flexible working patterns and support in the field. Opportunities for training towards Diploma levels 2 or 3.
