Bluebird Care is a national home care provider, but our office is a locally owned family business, run separately from other Bluebird branches. We have 4 local offices covering most of Essex and the Redbridge area of London. We also have a dedicated Live-in care team whose role it is to support you, mentor you, and provide you with a consistency of work. We are proud to be rated 'outstanding' or 'good' by the CQC in all of our office teams; we have a friendly team and we're often referred to as a second family by our current Live-in Carers! What do we do? We're committed to keeping elderly and vulnerable people living in the comfort of their own homes. We believe Live-in Care is a better alternative to residential care as in this role you are able to offer personalised 1:1 support, meaning whilst you are supporting our customers, you are able to give them your full attention. As a Live-in Carer, you will be required to support with a range of daily living tasks. What you need to be a valued Bluebird Care Live-in Care Assistant: Right to work in the UK Excellent level of English To be aged 18+ Responsibilities of a Bluebird Care Live-in Care Assistant: *Please note if you do not understand any of the below terminology or tasks, this will be covered in great depth during your personalised induction and training.
