7 days per week, Minimum 2 weeks on shift Join Sonderwell as a Live-In Carer! Sonderwell is actively recruiting experienced Live-In Carers to deliver person-centred care to clients with complex needs in the comfort of their own homes. As a Live-In Carer, you'll live with the client, providing 24-hour care and support for a minimum of 2 weeks per shift. You will remain on-site during the care shift, taking your allocated break during the day. What We Offer: Full training and development Flexible working arrangements Regular block shift patterns (7 days on, minimum 2-week shifts) Key Responsibilities: Provide person-centred care to clients with complex health needs Assist with personal care, manual handling, and catheter care Help with mobility and support during challenging behaviours Foster meaningful relationships with clients based on trust and understanding Engage clients in activities, including their interests What We're Looking for: Flexibility, reliability, and a strong passion for caring for vulnerable individuals Ability to work independently and use initiative Ability to work under pressure and in challenging situations Client Conditions: Stroke recovery Night catheter care Manual handling and assistance with mobility Managing challenging behaviours Support for You:

If you have a caring attitude and experience in the sector, we will provide online and in-classroom training tailored to complex care needs. You'll also have the opportunity to pursue relevant qualifications, such as an NVQ. You will have the chance to meet your client and their family before you start your shift, and you'll be supported by a Care Coordinator or Nurse Manager throughout your role.
