Are you a Male Support Worker looking for your next opportunity in Care and ready to start immediately?

We are looking for a live-in Support Worker who has experience in this type of role.

The position will be on a 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off rota, or if you are available, you can do live-in support with other clients.

CTRC Team is seeking experienced, caring, and professional care staff who are committed and reliable. Training can be provided if necessary. We have opportunities based in Stevenage and other London areas (HA9, N9, E16) to enable Service Users to develop and improve their life skills, encouraging clients to lead full and active lives within the community. Our goal is to promote the independence of vulnerable adults and enhance individual lifestyles by offering access to social, leisure, and recreational activities, along with support in further education and employment.

We are looking for a carer who is comfortable with mobility, moving and handling, and working with severe learning disabilities with complex needs.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has a passion for care in London areas. This will be an ongoing care package.

We expect the following from each staff member:

To complete mandatory training by CTRC At least 6 months experience in a caring role (training can be given if needed) To be caring, compassionate, loyal, and reliable To have good communication skills (both written and verbal) Experience working with severe learning disabilities with complex needs Flexibility is essential

Main functions of the job: To support the service user with accessing activities in the community, attending college, and appointments To promote and encourage independence To follow and implement the individual care plan To ensure that their basic needs and wellbeing are being addressed and that person-centered care is delivered at the highest standard
