Bracknell We are looking for a Live Support Test Manager to join our team and help deliver on our portfolio of testing projects. Your role will involve providing specialist testing advice to our customers and delivering on that advice. You will be accountable for managing testing activities on application or cloud infrastructure projects within a program or service. As a consequence of your testing activities, you will supply stakeholders with the data they require to make informed decisions regarding solution or component suitability to progress to the next development stage or for release into production. You will also be expected to contribute to test estimation as and when required. To be our next Agile Tester, you must be eligible to undergo security vetting due to the nature of our clientele. Test and Validation (a division of DDaC) is the team responsible for providing testing to Fujitsu accounts and projects across EMEIA. We are a dynamic organization that seeks to understand customers' testing needs and create and deliver a solution. The team is distributed across the UK, so we are flexible on location, and we deploy across the UK and mainland Europe depending on demand. As well as general expansion, we are creating a technical testing community that responds to the biggest demand we are seeing: that of automation and performance testing, which includes myriad skills and tooling requirements as well as the development of discrete products and services. Your transferable skills and experience: Your experience: Test plan definition and delivery Test Team Management - Test Asset Delivery e.g., Test Cases, Data, Reporting Metrics, Test Traceability Matrices / Use of Zephyr, Peak Management (Release / Defect), TFS, etc. Delivery and maintenance of Project Delivery Plan and Test resource tracking Management / delivery of test assets, environments, tools, and resources required to deliver the planned testing activities and coordinates the delivery of testing Responsible for the delivery of testing activities within budget and timescale including the management of off and onshore test teams Test Progress Reporting to PM Test Completion Reporting Understanding ITIL practices We are recognised as a responsible and inclusive employer:
