About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and charismatic
Livestream Coordinator
to aid our streamers and host engaging live shopping experiences that connect audiences with premium and trending products. What You'll Be Doing
Setting up livestreams, including adjusting cameras, lighting, and other technical equipment.
Monitoring live broadcasts to ensure smooth operation, including troubleshooting any technical issues.
Reading and responding to comments during the livestream to foster audience engagement.
Moderating livestream chats to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all viewers.
Adjusting the camera and equipment as needed to maintain optimal visuals.
Acting as a camera operator when necessary to support hosts and ensure seamless transitions.
Collaborating with team members to plan, execute, and improve livestream events.
Ensuring post-livestream reports are completed, including feedback on audience engagement and technical performance.
What We're Looking For
A passion for live content and digital media.
Strong multitasking skills to manage technical, operational, and audience engagement aspects of live streams.
Good communication skills to interact with hosts, team members, and viewers effectively.
Familiarity with livestreaming platforms, basic video equipment, and OBS.
Ability to think on your feet and solve problems quickly during live broadcasts.
Experience in video production, camera operation, or livestream moderation is a bonus.
Additional Requirement
Must be open to coming into the office 5 days a week.
