Loan Closer
to join our client's team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with experience in loan closing and Loan Settlements through Clearpar. Key Responsibilities Trade Settlement:
Settling trades on deals via ClearPar and offline platforms. System Operations:
Processing settlements using Loan IQ systems. Administrative Support:
Sending executed transaction confirmations to borrowers. Updating debt domain and credit contact lists following lender changes or new lender additions.
Lender Queries:
Addressing and resolving lender queries related to trades. Problem-Solving:
Identifying and resolving issues within Loan IQ. Collaboration:
Partnering with Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) of major banks. Key Requirements Proven experience in loan closing or agency settlements. Strong administrative and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Adaptable and proactive, with a keen eye for detail.
