Driving the Loan Syndicate guidelines and business plan for the region of responsibility in seamless cooperation with all our internal stakeholders. Demonstrate leadership through taking decisions. Represent BBVA in regional forums and industry meetings, taking the leadership in client meetings in cooperation with Heads of Origination to secure financing mandates. Investor Coverage: Covers banks and institutional investors for loan purchases, sales, and soundings. Strong execution and negotiation skills to drive complex transactions to a successful conclusion.
