Loans Agency Operations Specialist , you will play a critical role in managing all aspects of loan agency operations. You will oversee new deal processes, from onboarding through to day-to-day maintenance, transfers, and terminations. You’ll also support the relationship management team and ensure clients receive the highest standard of service. Key Responsibilities: New Deal Management:

Monitor and update the New Deal Tracker, set up lender/borrower profiles, and review loan agreements from an operational perspective. Term Sheet Creation:

Extract key operational clauses from loan documentation to create and maintain term sheets. Deal Execution:

Build and close deals in Loan IQ, manage the first utilization at closing, and handle complex fund flows. Client Support:

Work closely with Relationship Managers to ensure seamless client servicing, including deal handover, processing amendments, and managing redemptions. Portfolio Management:

Oversee a varied portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate deal maintenance, fee processing, and audits. Operational Excellence:

Calculate redemption figures, process drawdowns, rollovers, prepayments, and fees, and manage account reconciliation. Candidate Profile: Essential Skills & Experience: Operational Knowledge:

Loans agency knowledge with an understanding of the operational aspects of LMA loan agreements and the ability to extract and manage key operational clauses. Technical Proficiency:

Experience with Loan IQ and Debtdomain is desirable but not essential Problem-Solving:

Ability to calculate redemption figures manually and handle complex fund flows. Communication:
