As Matron, you will work closely with the locality leadership team to ensure that high quality care is delivered within your services and will provide professional leadership to the nursing workforce. You will promote a culture of learning and openness and ensure clinical staff have the knowledge, capability, systems and support to deliver evidence based care and embed lessons learned in practice for the improvement of patient experience. We are looking to appoint individuals who have a passion for their work and a track record of achievement in influencing colleagues and partners to deliver high quality care. Qualifications

Diploma level/Degree in relevant health/social care profession, eg RMN, RLDN OT, Social Worker. Current relevant registration with the NMC or HCPC Masters Level Degree or equivalent Experience
