Locum Advanced Nurse/Clinical Practitioner – Merseyside OOHs
GP World have an amazing new nursing opportunity as an Advanced Nurse/Clinical Practitioner across multiple locations across Merseyside within Out of Hours and Primary Care services. This service offers a wide range of locum work in an incredibly diverse patient population who present with a variety of medical and social needs, delivering innovative and sustainable care for all.
Shift Patterns:
0800 - 2000, 0900 - 2100, 1400 - 2000, 1500 - 2100, 0900 - 1400/1500, 1830 - 2300 & 1300 - 1800 Days:
Offer Up to 7 days a week Rates:
£45 - £65 per hour depending on experience Start date:
As soon as possible Requirements: Full registration with the NMC or equivalent Nursing Diploma or equivalent MSc in Advanced Practice Independent Prescriber (V300) Clinical Examination and Diagnostics Level 7 Experience of working in Urgent Care and/or Primary Care Role Purpose and Skills: Must be able to work autonomously in delivering independent assessment, clinical examination, diagnosis, clinical decision making and planning of care and treatment, diagnosis, prescribing, health promotion and safe discharge of patients. Need to be able to see/assess/treat patients of all ages (adults, children including newborns) presenting with illness and injury. Provide information and advice on prescribed or over-the-counter medication on medication regimens, side-effects, and interactions. Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic conditions, integrating both drug and non-drug-based treatment methods into a management plan. Please do contact us should you require any more information.
