Skills and requirements

  • To query inappropriate prescribing, including unlicensed, off-licence and non-formulary prescribing experience for a hospital based in Birmingham.
  • GPHC registered.
  • Previous experience of more than six months in a UK based Pharmacy setting.
  • MPharm Degree or equivalent.

Confirmed role details

  • This locum position is for an ongoing basis, and the ideal option would be to work full-time hours, Monday to Friday, although the service would consider part-time hours for the ri.
