Locum Company Commercial Solicitor - Remote
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Locum Company Commercial Solicitor to join a Gloucestershire based law firm.
This role can be based remotely with travel once a week.
The successful candidate will be able to work independently and handle a mixed caseload of general company/commercial work including settlement agreements, company agreements, sales and shareholder agreements.
You will ideally be available to start the role ASAP for a period of 2-3 months, working on a remote or hybrid basis.
The role is Outside IR35 and paying a competitive hourly rate.
