are working on behalf of an NHS trust based in South West England looking for a locum Consultant in General Medicine. The General Medicine department within the NHS trust is looking for a Locum Consultant in General Medicine to start as soon as possible for 6 months in the first instance. Core working hours will be Monday – Friday, 09:00-17:00 or 08:00-17:00. The role does not have on-call duties on the rota; however, if essential, this can be negotiated. The job plan will involve covering the general medical ward and the buddy surgical ward for medical outliers. There is a registrar and junior doctor on the team for support. Full job details are available on request. You must hold a full GMC license to practice with NHS experience in General Medicine. Specialist registration is desired; however, it is not compulsory.
