The key duties and responsibilities of the post will be: Provide cover as an ENT surgeon with a special interest in Head and Neck Oncology. Play an active part in education programmes for junior medical staff, including formal teaching sessions and clinical audits relevant to the needs of the unit. Teach and train staff in other medical disciplines, nursing, and support staff as appropriate. Issue advice to GPs on the suitability of patients for referral to the hospital.
