Immediate or As Agreed About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Consultant in Neuro-Rehabilitation to join our dedicated team in Northern Ireland. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of patients recovering from neurological conditions, working in a supportive and multidisciplinary environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert assessment, diagnosis, and treatment plans for patients requiring neuro-rehabilitation. Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive rehabilitation services. Develop individualized rehabilitation programs aimed at maximizing patient recovery and quality of life. Participate in ward rounds, outpatient clinics, and team meetings. Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and clinical guidelines in neuro-rehabilitation. Engage in continuous professional development and training to stay abreast of advancements in the field. Potentially participate in a 1 in 6 on-call rota, providing support as needed. Requirements: Medical degree and full GMC registration. CCT in Rehabilitation Medicine, Neurology, or a related specialty. Extensive experience in neuro-rehabilitation. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement.
