Locum Dental Hygienist
to join our team on a Private, Maternity Cover basis at our
Dental Suite practice in Loughborough. We are looking for a qualified dental hygienist to join our excellent team on Wednesdays and Thursdays until December 2024. About the role: Practice that values and promotes the work of dental hygienists Receive full nurse support, as well as mentoring and further training by the principals and their teams. Competitive rate of pay on a % basis Modern surgery, fully equipped, instruments provided. Work alongside an enthusiastic and experienced team Be involved in multidisciplinary cases. Starting Mid-August for approximately 4-6 months Standard appointments are 20 minutes for routine patients, however we offer 30, 40, 60 minute and RSD treatment options Ready to go diary due to Locum position Must hold GDC registration as a Dental Hygienist. Requirements for the position are: Good communication skills as will also be treating nervous patients. At least 1 year experience Can give LA and carry out RSD Our clinicians highly value and depend on the hygienists within the practice to help patients prior to complex treatments such as implants, orthodontics and restorative work and their maintenance throughout and after the treatments.
