Description:
Part-time/Full Time Locum Dentist required for 2-4 days per week in a busy, mixed, Family run, INDEPENDENTLY OWNED PRACTICE near Bromsgrove, Worcestershire.
Practice is 70% and expecting to be completely Private within 12 months.
Private 40% and 50% split on Labs.
£450 per day with excellent Private potential.
Hours: 9am – 5pm.
Practice offers General Dentistry and Invisalign.
Fully computerised surgeries - SOE.
6 Fully Computerised Air-Conditioned Surgeries with Modern Dental Equipment.
Digital x-rays, Rotary Endo, Itero Scanners.
Hygienist services available to complement Dental work.
Foundation Training Practice.
Qualified, highly experienced dental nursing staff with support from other dentists with special interests in Implant, Oral Surgery, Orthodontics, and Cosmetic Dental elements (Invisalign).
Clinical Freedom with help from all Associates & Principal if required.
Treatment Co-ordinator Room.
Nearby Street Parking.
Available now, start date negotiable.
Compliance requirements:
Full NHS Performer Number if applicable.
Local Area Team confirmation.
GDC certificate.
UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within the last 5 years.
Indemnity certificate.
Passport.
Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months).
Clinical references covering places of employment over the past 2 years (minimum 2 referees).
Degree certificate.
CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months.
