Job Title: Locum Family Solicitor

Job description: A law firm in Manchester is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Family Law Solicitor to join the firm on a locum basis.
The successful candidate will be available immediately and will be able to attend the firm on a hybrid basis. The firm is willing to consider applicants available on either a full or part-time basis.
Responsibilities:
Managing a complex caseload, dealing with anything from fixed-fee divorces to financial disputes. Managing a caseload of divorce and financial matters from inception to conclusion. Advising clients on all aspects of family law, including financial settlements, child arrangements, and pre-nuptial agreements. Representing clients in court and at mediation sessions.
